Maternity/Child Rearing Leave for Eligible Employees

Administrative Procedure 5.301

海角社区 will comply with the Pregnancy Discrimination Act of 1978 and the Family and Medical Leave Act.

Accordingly, maternity/child rearing leave for full-time employees, not included in employee organizations having collective bargaining agreements with the College, will be considered an employee disability subject to the provisions of the and .
