Petitions for nomination for trustee of Community College District 509 (海角社区) may be downloaded from the Election of Trustees page beginning Tuesday, September 20, 2022.

The first day to circulate nominating petitions is Tuesday, September 20, 2022, for the April 4, 2023, consolidated election.

A minimum of 50 signatures of registered voters residing in Community College District 509 are needed for a candidate's name to be placed on the ballot.

Illinois community college trustees hold a six-year term of office. Three (3) six-year positions and one (1) four-year position are currently up for the consolidated election on April 4, 2023.
