Career & Technical Degree Partnerships
The Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degrees at ECC are designed to prepare students for employment upon program completion. While these degrees are not intended for transfer, ECC has developed partnerships with transfer institutions that accept AAS degrees from ECC, helping students complete a bachelor’s degree. These partnerships create valuable pathways for students seeking to further their education while leveraging their technical skills.
Additionally, ECC provides advising and support services to help students effectively navigate transfer options and plan their academic journey. This ensures students maximize their educational investment and career opportunities. Students also benefit from career counseling, transfer workshops, and access to academic resources that support both personal and professional growth. By combining hands-on training with opportunities for continued education, ECC helps graduates remain competitive in today’s evolving workforce. These transfer partnerships allow students to build upon their technical expertise while pursuing leadership, management, or specialized career paths in their chosen fields.
Each transfer institution has specific general education and elective requirements under the respective AAS degree. Work directly with your academic advisor to select the appropriate courses to ensure a seamless transfer.
